A leading international fintech banking institution is seeking a polished, customer-focused, and highly organized Receptionist to become the face of its regional headquarters in Dubai.
This role extends far beyond traditional front-desk responsibilities. As the first point of contact for executive visitors, international partners, corporate clients, and regulatory stakeholders, you will deliver a premium hospitality experience while ensuring the seamless operation of the Executive Reception and Corporate Services function.
Working alongside Executive Assistants, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Corporate Communications, Information Technology, Security, Compliance, and senior leadership, you will help maintain a professional, welcoming, and highly efficient workplace that reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, business partners, and executive guests with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage the executive reception area and maintain exceptional presentation standards.
- Coordinate visitor registration, access control, and meeting room bookings.
- Answer and direct high-volume telephone calls and digital enquiries.
- Support executive meeting logistics, including hospitality arrangements.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records and administrative documentation.
- Assist Human Resources with employee onboarding and visitor orientation.
- Support travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and calendar coordination when required.
- Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure efficient office operations.
- Uphold confidentiality while handling sensitive corporate information.
- Contribute to a positive and customer-centric workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in reception, executive administration, hospitality, banking, or corporate front-office environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and strong organizational abilities.
