Your Responsibilities
- Greet customers, visitors, and business partners professionally.
- Direct clients to appropriate departments and relationship managers.
- Handle telephone, email, and reception enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
- Support customer registration and document verification processes.
- Manage reception records and visitor databases.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and office communications.
- Assist with administrative duties supporting customer service operations.
- Maintain reception supplies and meeting facilities.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of front-office, banking, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
