An internationally renowned fintech banking institution is seeking an accomplished Banking Manager to lead high-impact operational and strategic initiatives that will shape the future of digital banking across the Gulf region.
As financial services rapidly evolve through artificial intelligence, cloud-native banking, embedded finance, instant payments, intelligent automation, and advanced customer analytics, this position offers an opportunity to lead transformational programmes that redefine how banking services are delivered.
The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams responsible for retail digital banking, payment operations, customer onboarding, digital lending, treasury support, merchant acquiring, and financial service innovation. You will work closely with executive leadership, technology teams, product managers, cybersecurity professionals, compliance specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital banking operations across multiple financial products.
- Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Oversee digital account opening, payment processing, lending support, and transaction services.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize banking platforms and workflows.
- Drive automation initiatives that reduce operational risk and improve productivity.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, governance frameworks, and internal policies.
- Manage service delivery, operational resilience, and business continuity programmes.
- Support product launches and digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor operational leaders and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8–10 years of banking or fintech experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking operations, payment ecosystems, and financial technology.
