One of the Gulf region’s fastest-growing fintech banking institutions is expanding its Enterprise Strategy & Analytics Division and is seeking an exceptional Senior Analyst to deliver high-impact analytical insights that shape digital banking innovation, commercial growth, operational excellence, and executive decision-making.
This is more than a traditional analytics role. It is an opportunity to influence multimillion-dollar strategic initiatives by transforming large-scale financial, operational, and customer intelligence into actionable recommendations. You will work at the center of the organization’s decision-making ecosystem, partnering with executive leadership to optimize digital banking products, payment platforms, lending portfolios, customer engagement strategies, and business performance.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Banking Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, and Technology Leaders to build analytical models that improve customer outcomes and accelerate sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise banking performance across multiple digital products and services.
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and strategic performance reports.
- Perform advanced financial, operational, and customer analytics.
- Identify revenue opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and emerging market trends.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
- Design KPI frameworks for executive leadership.
- Conduct profitability and portfolio performance analysis.
- Evaluate digital banking adoption and customer engagement metrics.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reporting processes using modern analytics tools.
- Support enterprise transformation programmes through data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum 6–9 years of experience in banking analytics, fintech, consulting, financial planning, or business intelligence.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
