Position Overview
A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure products, processes, and operational activities consistently meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing quality assurance programs, conducting inspections, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting a culture of continuous quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections of products, materials, and operational processes.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards, specifications, and internal policies.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Review technical documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate internal quality audits and process evaluations.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Track quality performance metrics and prepare management reports.
- Support supplier quality assessments and material inspections.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report-writing and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
- Professional quality certifications are an advantage.
