Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking an accomplished QA/QC Manager to lead enterprise quality initiatives and oversee the implementation of quality assurance and quality control systems across multiple operations. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with international quality standards, and build a high-performance quality culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide QA/QC strategies and policies.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control teams across multiple projects or facilities.
- Establish quality objectives, standards, and performance metrics.
- Oversee inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Analyze quality performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Investigate major quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage supplier quality evaluations and vendor compliance.
- Prepare executive quality reports and operational dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate continuous improvement and quality excellence initiatives.
- Mentor and develop quality professionals within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen organizational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in QA/QC leadership or quality management.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary quality teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office.
- Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, CQE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
