About the Position
We are looking for an accomplished Product Manager to lead the development, optimization, and growth of digital financial products in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.
The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of business, technology, customer experience, and financial services. You will take ownership of products from initial discovery and strategy through development, launch, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
This position is particularly suited to someone who can understand complex financial requirements and translate them into simple, scalable digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define product vision, objectives, and long-term roadmap.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Translate business objectives into measurable product goals.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
Product Development
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, operations, and compliance teams.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage products through discovery, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure effective implementation.
Customer Experience
- Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and product usage.
- Identify friction points across customer journeys.
- Design improvements that increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Work with design teams to create intuitive digital experiences.
Performance & Analytics
- Establish and monitor product KPIs.
- Analyze transaction volumes, conversion rates, engagement, revenue, and retention.
- Use data to evaluate product performance and guide future decisions.
- Present product insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of product-management experience.
- Experience within fintech, banking, payments, digital financial services, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital products and financial technology.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical or financial concepts clearly.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in digital wallets, payment gateways, card products, digital banking, APIs, embedded finance, lending platforms, or financial-data products will be particularly attractive.
