We are seeking an exceptional High-Scale Fintech Backend & Distributed Systems Engineer to architect and develop backend infrastructure capable of supporting sophisticated financial applications, high transaction volumes and mission-critical digital services.
This is a backend engineering role where performance, consistency, resilience and scalability are fundamental engineering requirements.

IDEAL PROFILE
A backend engineer with strong experience building distributed, transaction-intensive or high-availability systems.
Experience within payments, digital banking, fintech, financial APIs or large-scale technology platforms is highly desirable.
You should be comfortable asking not only:

but:
“What happens when 100,000 requests arrive simultaneously and one critical dependency fails?”
