We are seeking an accomplished Fintech Design Systems & Product Interface Lead to establish a unified visual and interaction language across a growing portfolio of financial products.
As fintech ecosystems expand, inconsistent interfaces create more than visual problems.
They create:
User confusion.
Development duplication.
Accessibility gaps.
Slower product delivery.
Inconsistent brand experiences.
Your mission will be to create a scalable design system that allows product teams to move faster without sacrificing quality.
THE DESIGN SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
FOUNDATION
Define typography, spacing, grids, color semantics, iconography and visual principles.
COMPONENTS
Build reusable UI components for financial workflows.
PATTERNS
Standardize recurring experiences such as authentication, payments, transfers, forms, dashboards and notifications.
GOVERNANCE
Establish rules for contribution, versioning, accessibility and design-system adoption.
EVOLUTION
Continuously improve the system as products, technologies and customer needs evolve.
LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the strategic direction of the fintech design system.

Develop reusable UI components and interaction patterns.

Establish design-system documentation.

Create standardized financial-product patterns.

Collaborate closely with frontend engineering teams.

Ensure design consistency across web and mobile applications.

Establish accessibility standards.
-
Conduct design audits across products.
-
Identify opportunities to eliminate design and development duplication.

Support designers with reusable templates and guidelines.
-
Establish governance and contribution workflows.
-
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of the design system.

Mentor UX/UI designers and contribute to design leadership.
