To support this strategic vision, the institution is seeking a distinguished Principal Payments Consultant to provide executive-level advisory services across cross-border payment modernization, enterprise payment architecture, digital financial ecosystems, and strategic payment innovation.
This executive consulting role requires an exceptional professional capable of aligning business strategy, technology innovation, regulatory expectations, and operational excellence into a unified vision for world-class payment services.
Working alongside Executive Leadership, Enterprise Architects, Product Directors, Treasury Specialists, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Professionals, Compliance Teams, and international financial partners, you will help shape payment strategies that influence millions of customers and businesses across regional and global markets.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise strategies for cross-border payment transformation.
- Advise executive leadership on international payment innovation.
- Evaluate payment infrastructure investments and modernization programmes.
- Design strategic roadmaps supporting scalable financial ecosystems.
- Assess payment resilience, operational performance, and business continuity.
- Support implementation of advanced settlement and transaction processing platforms.
- Guide enterprise adoption of emerging payment technologies.
- Lead executive governance meetings and strategic advisory workshops.
- Develop investment proposals and executive decision papers.
- Represent the organization during international fintech and payments engagements.
- Mentor senior consultants and enterprise payment specialists.
- Promote continuous innovation across digital financial infrastructure.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, or Executive Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10–12 years of leadership experience in payments consulting, financial infrastructure, banking, fintech, or enterprise advisory.
- Extensive knowledge of global payment ecosystems, digital banking platforms, and enterprise financial technologies.
