An internationally respected fintech banking institution is seeking a distinguished Principal Consultant to provide strategic advisory services that accelerate enterprise transformation, digital banking modernization, operational excellence, and sustainable commercial growth.
This is an executive consulting opportunity for professionals who possess exceptional analytical capabilities, commercial insight, and executive presence. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will influence critical business decisions involving digital banking ecosystems, financial technology investments, enterprise operating models, customer experience transformation, and long-term corporate strategy.
You will collaborate with C-suite executives, Enterprise Architects, Product Executives, Technology Leaders, Finance Directors, Cybersecurity Specialists, Risk & Compliance Teams, Data Scientists, Artificial Intelligence Engineers, and international strategic partners to deliver measurable business outcomes across a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Advise executive leadership on enterprise-wide fintech transformation initiatives.
- Conduct organizational capability assessments and strategic maturity reviews.
- Develop multi-year digital banking transformation roadmaps.
- Lead executive workshops, board strategy sessions, and business planning engagements.
- Evaluate technology investments and business innovation opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to enterprise operating models and governance structures.
- Support organizational restructuring and large-scale transformation programmes.
- Produce executive reports, investment cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Guide cross-functional teams during business change initiatives.
- Monitor transformation KPIs and executive performance metrics.
- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
- Represent the organization in regional and international fintech forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Technology Management, or Executive Leadership is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in consulting, fintech, banking, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrated success advising executive leadership on complex strategic initiatives.
