To lead this initiative, the organization is seeking a Principal Frontend Engineer – SME Banking Platforms, Financial Workflows & Productivity-Centric UX Systems.
This role is responsible for engineering interfaces that transform complex financial operations into intuitive, streamlined user experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Engineering
- Design scalable frontend systems for SME banking platforms.
- Build high-performance applications for business financial workflows.
- Develop reusable UI components and design systems.
- Optimize performance for data-intensive applications.
Financial Workflow Design
- Create interfaces for invoicing, payroll, and expense management.
- Simplify complex financial processes through intuitive design.
- Enable seamless navigation across business functions.
- Enhance productivity through efficient UX systems.
Real-Time Data Integration
- Implement live updates for financial transactions and analytics.
- Ensure responsive UI performance under dynamic conditions.
- Optimize cross-device compatibility.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Performance, Security & Reliability
- Ensure secure handling of business financial data.
- Optimize load times and application responsiveness.
- Maintain high availability of user-facing systems.
- Collaborate with backend teams for integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with financial or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of UX principles.
