Position Summary

Core Responsibilities
Data Science & Modeling
- Develop predictive models for financial analytics and forecasting.
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Build algorithms for customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
- Support fraud detection and risk assessment initiatives.
- Continuously improve model accuracy and performance.
Data Strategy & Infrastructure
- Define data strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Implement scalable analytics frameworks.
Insights & Decision Support
- Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives with analytical findings.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools.
- Communicate complex data concepts in a clear manner.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Strong programming and statistical skills.
- Experience with large-scale data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
