Strategic Executive Overview
The Principal Fintech Transformation Consultant will supervise enterprise transformation initiatives involving treasury modernization systems, operational finance automation ecosystems, predictive analytics infrastructure, and institutional financial optimization programs.
This role combines fintech consulting leadership, enterprise automation modernization, treasury systems strategy, and operational finance transformation.

- Implement interoperability systems connecting banks, ERP platforms, and fintech ecosystems
- Coordinate operational analytics initiatives supporting financial performance optimization
- Improve enterprise payment workflows and transaction orchestration environments

- Supervise enterprise finance monitoring and operational intelligence ecosystems

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- 9–16 years of experience in fintech consulting, treasury modernization, operational finance, or enterprise transformation environments
- Strong expertise in financial workflow automation and operational intelligence systems
- Deep understanding of cloud-native financial infrastructure and treasury ecosystems
- Experience leading enterprise-scale finance modernization initiatives
