We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications that handle sensitive data and real-time transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Build and integrate secure RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack
- Implement automated testing to ensure application reliability
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards throughout the development lifecycle
Required Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade web applications
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience handling secure authentication, authorization, and data encryption practices
- Strong understanding of software design principles and system architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Technical Skills
- Front-End: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3
- Back-End: Node.js, Python, or Java
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
- APIs: RESTful services; GraphQL a plus
- Version Control: Git and modern CI/CD workflows
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and Kubernetes a plus
- Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks
- Security: Understanding of secure coding practices, encryption standards, and vulnerability mitigation
