An international fintech organization is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Fintech Experience Developer to lead the development of elegant, secure, and scalable financial applications that redefine how consumers and businesses interact with digital financial services.
You’ll architect modern web platforms supporting digital banking, payments, lending, wealth management, merchant services, and financial self-service technologies while driving engineering innovation across global product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build enterprise full-stack financial applications.
- Develop secure frontend and backend architectures.
- Create reusable UI component libraries.
- Design scalable APIs supporting digital financial products.
- Integrate banking services and payment gateways.
- Optimize customer experience and application performance.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
- Lead technical design workshops.
- Mentor software developers across engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Expert knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend expertise in Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience integrating financial APIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
