We’re seeking a visionary Principal Full-Stack Fintech Developer to lead the engineering of sophisticated digital banking applications that combine intuitive customer experiences with enterprise-grade financial infrastructure.
In this leadership role, you’ll influence technology strategy, mentor high-performing engineering teams, and build innovative software that powers digital onboarding, payments, lending, wealth management, and financial self-service platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Architect modern full-stack financial applications.
- Develop secure frontend and backend services.
- Build responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop scalable APIs supporting banking ecosystems.
- Integrate payment gateways and Open Banking services.
- Ensure software security, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct peer reviews and mentor engineering teams.
- Collaborate with UX designers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, and product managers.
- Drive technical innovation across engineering programmes.
- Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of API security and identity management.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
