Mission Objective

Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Financial Infrastructure Modernization
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives surrounding banking modernization and financial ecosystem scalability
- Build operational roadmaps supporting intelligent finance infrastructure evolution and enterprise resilience
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping the future of financial operations and transaction ecosystems
2. Cross-Border Finance & Operational Intelligence
- Support expansion of globally interconnected financial ecosystems and interoperable payment infrastructures
- Build enterprise operational intelligence frameworks supporting real-time transaction visibility and strategic forecasting
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on distributed financial ecosystem modernization strategies
3. AI-Enhanced Financial Ecosystem Strategy
- Coordinate enterprise AI modernization initiatives across operational finance and customer engagement ecosystems
- Support implementation of intelligent operational automation and predictive financial intelligence systems
- Improve enterprise scalability through AI-powered modernization strategies and infrastructure optimization frameworks
4. Executive Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with executive leadership, fintech architects, infrastructure teams, and strategic innovation stakeholders
- Prepare modernization intelligence reports and long-term fintech transformation recommendations
- Maintain operational alignment between strategic innovation objectives and enterprise scalability priorities
5. Future Finance Research & Innovation Governance
- Monitor global fintech, AI, embedded finance, and banking modernization trends shaping future financial ecosystems
- Contribute to enterprise innovation governance initiatives and intelligent financial modernization programs
- Represent future-focused fintech strategy initiatives within executive leadership environments and industry forums
Technical Requirements
- 10–18 years in fintech strategy, enterprise financial modernization, operational finance leadership, or digital banking transformation
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial infrastructure modernization
- Enterprise fintech ecosystems
- AI-powered operational finance
- Cross-border banking infrastructures
- Strategic innovation governance
- Intelligent transaction ecosystems
- Experience working with:
