We are seeking a highly capable Engineer to design, develop, and optimize financial technology systems supporting modern digital banking and payment experiences.

Engineering Mission
You will be responsible for:

Designing and developing scalable digital-banking services.

Building high-performance payment-processing components.

Developing secure APIs connecting financial platforms and third-party services.

Implementing event-driven and distributed-system architectures.

Improving transaction-processing performance and system reliability.

Developing automated testing and deployment pipelines.

Integrating cloud technologies into financial application environments.

Implementing monitoring, observability, logging, and incident-response mechanisms.

Collaborating with cybersecurity specialists to strengthen application and infrastructure security.

Working closely with product teams to transform financial requirements into production-grade technology.
Technical Expertise
Strong experience in several of the following areas is desirable:
Java / Python / Go | REST & GraphQL APIs | Microservices | Cloud Infrastructure | Kubernetes | Docker | SQL / NoSQL | Event Streaming | CI/CD | Distributed Systems | Payment Gateways | Observability
Experience with high-volume transaction processing, digital banking platforms, payment orchestration, or financial APIs will be particularly valuable.
