The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Director to shape the next generation of digital financial services across one of the world’s most rapidly evolving financial ecosystems.
This is a high-impact leadership position for a commercially astute fintech executive capable of translating emerging technologies, financial-market dynamics, customer intelligence, and regulatory expectations into scalable digital-finance strategies.

Strategic Mandate
You will:

Define and execute enterprise-wide fintech transformation strategies.

Lead the evolution of digital banking and payment ecosystems.

Develop commercially viable technology-led financial products.

Establish strategic partnerships across banks, fintechs, technology providers, and payment networks.

Build operating models capable of scaling across multiple GCC markets.

Translate complex financial and technological trends into executive-level investment decisions.

Establish measurable frameworks for digital-product performance, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning product, engineering, analytics, risk, operations, and commercial functions.
Executive Profile
The ideal candidate combines financial-services expertise with technological fluency and strategic leadership.
You should possess:

10+ years of relevant experience across fintech, banking, payments, financial technology, or digital transformation.

Demonstrated leadership of large-scale financial technology initiatives.

Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, digital banking, financial platforms, APIs, cloud ecosystems, and AI.

Excellent commercial and financial acumen.

Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex transformation portfolios.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
