The Executive Mandate
An internationally established financial technology organization is embarking on a transformative phase of global expansion and is seeking a visionary President – Global Financial Technology Strategy & Digital Innovation to shape its future.
This prestigious executive appointment will lead enterprise-wide innovation, oversee large-scale technology investments, and architect intelligent financial ecosystems that enable secure, scalable, and customer-centric financial services across the Gulf region and international markets.
The successful executive will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, institutional stakeholders, regulatory partners, and global technology leaders to build sustainable competitive advantage through digital excellence.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

- Define and execute long-term corporate fintech strategy.
- Lead international market expansion programmes.

- Develop innovation investment frameworks.
Technology Leadership
- Direct enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

Executive Governance
- Advise the Board on enterprise technology strategy.

Executive Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 18+ years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.
- Proven experience leading international transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and governance expertise.
- Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
