Key Responsibilities

- Support account maintenance, payments, transfers, and settlement activities.
- Verify operational documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with branch, finance, technology, and compliance teams.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
- Assist with system testing and operational improvement initiatives.
- Support digital banking implementation and operational enhancements.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and quality assurance reviews.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in banking operations, financial services, or payment processing.
- Strong understanding of banking operational procedures.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
