Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.
- Supervise relationship officers, customer service representatives, and operations personnel.
- Promote banking products including current accounts, savings products, consumer finance, deposits, cards, and investment services.
- Monitor branch financial performance and achieve revenue objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all banking channels.
- Review operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage branch budgets and operational resources effectively.
- Strengthen relationships with retail, SME, and affluent banking customers.
- Monitor risk controls and compliance with internal banking policies.
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Support digital banking adoption initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and branch performance dashboards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in retail banking operations and branch leadership.
- Strong understanding of banking products and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing operational performance and business growth.
