An internationally recognized fintech banking institution is expanding its executive leadership team and is seeking a visionary Manager to oversee enterprise-wide digital banking operations while driving innovation, operational resilience, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
This role is designed for accomplished professionals who thrive in dynamic, technology-driven environments where strategic thinking and operational execution go hand in hand. As a key member of the management team, you will lead multidisciplinary departments responsible for digital banking services, payment operations, customer experience, process optimization, and business transformation initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Product Management, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Specialists, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure every operational function delivers exceptional efficiency and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital banking operations and service delivery.
- Develop strategic operational roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency programmes.
- Oversee customer service performance, transaction operations, and digital service quality.
- Establish operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional transformation projects.
- Manage departmental budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Strengthen operational resilience, governance, and business continuity.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and digital optimization.
- Mentor leadership teams and foster a high-performance culture.
- Support new product launches and enterprise initiatives.
- Present operational insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or digital operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale operational environments.
