An ambitious fintech banking organization is seeking a commercially driven Manager to lead product innovation and growth initiatives across digital banking, payment solutions, embedded finance, and customer engagement platforms.
This is a leadership opportunity for professionals who enjoy transforming market insights into successful financial products. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from concept to launch, ensuring every product delivers exceptional customer value while supporting the organization’s strategic growth objectives.
Working with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Software Engineers, Marketing Specialists, Data Scientists, Customer Experience Professionals, Compliance Teams, and Executive Leadership, you will shape the future direction of next-generation banking services.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Define product vision, strategic roadmaps, and commercial priorities.
- Conduct customer and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional product delivery teams.
- Monitor product performance through business and customer metrics.
- Drive innovation workshops and product discovery initiatives.
- Develop business cases and executive investment proposals.
- Support go-to-market planning and product launch execution.
- Optimize customer journeys and digital experiences.
- Manage strategic partnerships supporting product innovation.
- Mentor product professionals and encourage continuous learning.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive committees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fintech, banking, product management, or innovation leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking abilities.
