Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cryptocurrency operational activities.
- Manage blockchain transaction monitoring and settlement workflows.
- Oversee institutional wallet infrastructure and custody operations.
- Coordinate digital asset liquidity management.
- Implement operational controls that minimize financial and cybersecurity risks.
- Develop policies for digital asset governance and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with compliance teams on AML, transaction monitoring, and risk reporting.
- Optimize blockchain operational efficiency using automation technologies.
- Lead specialist teams supporting cryptocurrency products and institutional clients.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and decentralized financial innovations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Finance, Blockchain Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Significant experience managing cryptocurrency or blockchain operations.
- Deep understanding of digital asset infrastructure and blockchain networks.
- Experience with institutional custody environments.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage operational risk within regulated fintech environments.
