Position Summary
A next-generation fintech organization is expanding its engineering leadership team and is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer – Financial Cloud Platforms to ensure the resilience, scalability, and operational excellence of cloud-native financial systems supporting millions of secure digital transactions.

Primary Responsibilities
Platform Reliability
- Design highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Improve platform resilience and fault tolerance.
- Build disaster recovery strategies.
- Enhance monitoring and observability frameworks.
Infrastructure Engineering
- Automate cloud provisioning.
- Optimize Kubernetes environments.
- Improve deployment pipelines.
- Strengthen infrastructure security.
Leadership
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Lead architecture reviews.
- Establish engineering standards.
- Collaborate with software engineering and cybersecurity teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Reduce operational incidents.

- Support enterprise modernization initiatives.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud infrastructure, fintech engineering, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
