Role Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech enterprise is seeking an accomplished Head of Digital SME Banking Solutions to design and deliver innovative banking products tailored to the evolving needs of small and medium-sized businesses across the Gulf region.
You will lead product innovation, customer acquisition strategies, ecosystem partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives that improve financial accessibility and operational efficiency for business clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Product Leadership
- Develop SME-focused digital banking products.
- Define strategic product roadmaps.
- Improve digital customer experiences.
- Launch innovative financing solutions.
Business Development
- Expand SME customer acquisition.
- Strengthen partner ecosystems.

Operational Leadership

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Product Management, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech, banking, SME finance, or digital product management.
- Strong commercial strategy background.
