About the Role

A globally focused fintech banking organization is seeking a visionary Lead Quality Assurance Manager – Digital Financial Services to oversee enterprise quality assurance and quality control initiatives supporting a diverse portfolio of digital banking platforms, payment ecosystems, financial analytics solutions, digital lending services, wealth management applications, and customer engagement technologies.

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving quality excellence across the organization by implementing robust governance frameworks, strengthening quality engineering capabilities, optimizing software delivery processes, and ensuring every customer-facing financial product meets the highest international standards for functionality, performance, security, usability, and compliance.

Working closely with executive leadership, enterprise architects, software engineering teams, DevOps specialists, cybersecurity professionals, product managers, UX/UI designers, compliance officers, and business stakeholders, you will establish a quality-first culture that supports innovation without compromising reliability or customer trust.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise QA/QC governance frameworks across multiple fintech programmes.
  • Develop organization-wide quality strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead software quality planning throughout product design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Oversee functional, non-functional, security, performance, accessibility, compatibility, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Implement quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting structures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal software quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to validate secure application development practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and quality analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional release readiness reviews and production validation activities.
  • Manage external testing partners and technology vendors where required.
  • Mentor QA managers, automation engineers, test analysts, and quality specialists.
  • Represent the quality function during executive governance meetings and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software QA/QC within fintech, banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise quality assurance programmes.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, DevSecOps, and software engineering best practices.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
