You will partner with cross-functional teams to refine lending ecosystems, optimize customer journeys, and identify new opportunities for sustainable revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Optimize digital lending products and customer experiences.
- Analyse lending performance using advanced financial metrics.
- Develop data-driven product enhancement strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and risk teams.
- Improve customer onboarding and loan approval journeys.
- Build executive dashboards tracking commercial performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and product experimentation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging lending technologies.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Champion continuous product innovation.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fintech, digital lending, banking, or product management.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness.
- Experience with Agile product environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
