Drive the Next Generation of Financial Products
An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is searching for an accomplished Global Product Growth & Payments Director to lead the strategic evolution of digital financial products across the Gulf and international markets.
This role combines executive product leadership, payment innovation, customer intelligence, and commercial strategy to create financial solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will shape the entire product lifecycle—from concept and market validation to launch, optimization, and regional expansion—while collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
- Define enterprise product vision and long-term commercial strategy.
- Lead digital payment innovation initiatives.
- Build customer-centric financial products powered by data and AI.
- Oversee product roadmap planning and execution.
- Analyze market trends and identify emerging fintech opportunities.
- Optimize digital onboarding and customer engagement.
- Establish KPIs to measure product performance and profitability.
- Drive regional product expansion across GCC markets.
- Foster collaboration between technology, operations, and commercial teams.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading fintech products, digital payments, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, API ecosystems, payment gateways, digital wallets, AI-driven personalization, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
