Job Overview
This role focuses on building the data intelligence backbone of fintech operations. As Lead Engineer, you will design and manage platforms that convert high-volume financial data into real-time insights for decision-making, personalization, and risk management.
You will play a critical role in enabling AI-driven financial services, ensuring data flows seamlessly, securely, and efficiently across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable data platforms for financial analytics and reporting.
- Build real-time data pipelines to process transactional and behavioral data.
- Support development of machine learning models for fraud detection, credit scoring, and customer insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance across systems.
- Optimize data infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven fintech products.
- Implement data security and privacy controls aligned with financial regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–13 years in data engineering, analytics platforms, or fintech systems
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing frameworks
- Experience with cloud-based data infrastructure and streaming technologies
- Knowledge of machine learning workflows and financial data structures
- Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities
