As Executive Director – Cross-Border Payments & Financial Connectivity, you will oversee strategic initiatives that modernize payment rails, improve transaction efficiency, and strengthen international financial partnerships.
Strategic Priorities
Global Payments Strategy
- Define international payments transformation roadmaps.
- Expand global payment network capabilities.
- Improve transaction speed, transparency, and reliability.
- Develop strategic market expansion initiatives.
Platform Excellence
- Modernize enterprise payment infrastructure.
- Strengthen interoperability across financial platforms.
- Enhance operational resilience.
- Optimize payment processing performance.
Executive Leadership
- Build strategic alliances with international partners.
- Lead multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
- Present enterprise growth strategies to executive leadership.
- Mentor senior managers and emerging leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in fintech, digital payments, banking technology, or international financial services.
- Strong knowledge of global payment ecosystems and enterprise transformation.
