We are seeking a Lead Embedded Finance Developer to design secure, API-first financial platforms that enable payments, lending, account services, and digital wallets to be seamlessly embedded into enterprise applications.
As a technical leader, you will develop highly scalable backend systems, collaborate with international engineering teams, and build resilient cloud-native solutions that support millions of users across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise embedded finance platforms.
- Build secure API ecosystems.
- Engineer microservices for payment and lending solutions.
- Integrate banking and merchant platforms.
- Design event-driven transaction processing systems.
- Automate deployment using modern DevOps practices.
- Optimize platform reliability and scalability.
- Conduct architecture reviews and code quality assessments.
- Mentor software engineers and technical leads.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Node.js, Go, or Python.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, and API security.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Agile software delivery.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
