A rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem focused on next-generation financial innovation is seeking a highly accomplished Lead Blockchain & Digital Asset Infrastructure Developer to architect and build sophisticated blockchain-powered financial platforms capable of supporting large-scale digital asset ecosystems, tokenized financial products, institutional settlement solutions, and decentralized financial infrastructure.

- Design and develop advanced smart contract ecosystems.

- Implement multi-layer contract security controls.
- Conduct smart contract testing and optimization.
Digital Asset Infrastructure
- Develop wallet integrations and asset management systems.
- Support token lifecycle management processes.
- Build institutional-grade custody integrations.
- Create secure transaction processing frameworks.
Security & Cryptography
- Implement advanced cryptographic protocols.
- Strengthen blockchain security controls.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and code audits.
- Enhance protection against emerging attack vectors.
Innovation & Research
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies.
- Research next-generation distributed ledger architectures.
- Support experimental fintech innovation initiatives.
- Drive technical advancement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of blockchain development experience.
- Strong understanding of cryptography and distributed systems.
- Experience building blockchain-based financial applications.
