Position Overview
An outstanding opportunity is available for a proactive Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen the security posture of enterprise banking systems and digital financial platforms. This role is designed for professionals with expertise in network security, security engineering, threat detection, and incident response who are committed to protecting critical financial infrastructure against evolving cyber threats.
The successful candidate will collaborate with infrastructure teams, software engineers, security analysts, and compliance professionals to design and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions that ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability across enterprise technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise cybersecurity controls and security architectures.
- Monitor security events and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security risk analyses.
- Deploy and maintain endpoint, network, and cloud security solutions.
- Support identity and access management initiatives.
- Perform security reviews of applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement secure development practices.
- Investigate security alerts and recommend remediation measures.
- Maintain security documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Support regulatory compliance and internal audit activities.
- Participate in penetration testing and security validation exercises.
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and industry best practices.
- Develop incident response plans and recovery procedures.
- Deliver cybersecurity awareness initiatives to technical teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise security operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in cybersecurity engineering or information security.
- Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
- Knowledge of SIEM platforms, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and identity management solutions.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and incident response.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and secure architecture principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
