Position Overview
An exceptional opportunity is available for a highly skilled Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern cloud platforms that support mission-critical banking and financial applications. This role is ideal for technology professionals who are passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and engineering excellence.
The successful candidate will work alongside software developers, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure architects to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available platforms that accelerate software delivery and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud-native platform infrastructure.
- Build and optimize Kubernetes-based container platforms.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using modern automation tools.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and system availability.
- Implement platform security controls and access management.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer productivity.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and platform standards.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
- Perform platform upgrades and capacity planning.
- Participate in architecture reviews and engineering planning sessions.
- Research emerging cloud technologies and automation tools.
- Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Understanding of networking and cloud security principles.
