A confidential financial innovation initiative is seeking a distinguished Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Intelligent Financial Infrastructure, Enterprise Performance & Strategic Operations to oversee enterprise operational governance, financial infrastructure modernization, AI-enabled operational intelligence, business continuity, customer service excellence, and strategic execution across rapidly evolving fintech environments.

The successful executive will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for banking operations, payment services, enterprise technology, digital platforms, customer operations, risk coordination, financial administration, and operational resilience while ensuring that innovation is supported by disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Define long-term enterprise operating models.

• Lead business transformation programmes.

• Optimize enterprise resource utilization.

Financial Infrastructure

• Direct modernization of digital financial infrastructure.

• Oversee enterprise payment operations.

• Strengthen transaction reliability and operational resilience.

• Improve service availability across financial platforms.

• Support enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.

Performance & Innovation

• Deploy AI-powered operational analytics.

• Build enterprise performance dashboards.

• Lead intelligent workflow automation.

• Improve operational decision-making.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Executive Governance

• Advise the Executive Committee on operational strategy.

• Chair enterprise governance councils.

• Build executive leadership capability.

• Strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Executive Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Financial Technology, or equivalent.

• Minimum 18–20 years of executive leadership experience.

• Proven operational leadership within banking or fintech.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise operations, digital banking, payment systems, AI, and cloud platforms.

• Exceptional leadership, governance, and strategic planning capabilities.
