An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking a visionary Head of Embedded Banking Partnerships to establish and scale strategic alliances that integrate financial services into digital marketplaces, enterprise platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, mobility solutions, healthcare technology, and business applications across the GCC.
This role is designed for a commercially astute leader who can bridge financial innovation with strategic collaboration, delivering seamless banking experiences where customers live, work, and transact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise embedded banking partnership strategies.
- Identify high-value commercial alliance opportunities across multiple industries.
- Lead negotiations with financial institutions and technology ecosystem partners.
- Oversee integration planning alongside engineering and product teams.
- Design commercial frameworks that maximize revenue growth.
- Monitor partnership performance using enterprise KPIs.
- Ensure contractual, operational, and regulatory alignment.
- Represent the organization at executive industry forums and innovation events.
- Drive continuous ecosystem expansion across regional markets.
- Prepare strategic reports for executive leadership and board committees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- MBA or executive management qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech, banking, strategic partnerships, or commercial development.
- Strong understanding of embedded finance, digital banking, and payment ecosystems.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
