The role requires strategic leadership capable of combining financial innovation, data intelligence, and customer-centric product development to deliver scalable lending solutions for retail, SME, and enterprise markets.
Core Responsibilities

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience within lending, digital banking, fintech, or consumer finance.
- Proven experience managing lending portfolios.
- Strong commercial and strategic leadership skills.
