An expanding fintech organization is hiring a Senior Banking Technology Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and lifecycle management of innovative banking products that enhance digital payments, customer engagement, lending services, financial inclusion, and intelligent money management.
Working alongside engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams, you will transform customer insights into scalable financial products that deliver measurable business impact.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define digital banking product strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct customer research and competitive market analysis.
- Translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
- Prioritize product features based on customer and commercial value.
- Coordinate agile product delivery with engineering teams.
- Monitor product adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations throughout development.
- Support product launches and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams.
- Develop executive reporting dashboards and product KPIs.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in fintech, banking product management, or digital financial services.
- Experience managing banking platforms or financial technology products.
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital product development.
