A high-growth fintech banking institution is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer – Fintech Banking Services to oversee enterprise operations, digital banking execution, operational resilience, customer service excellence, payment operations, and strategic transformation initiatives across the Gulf region.
This executive role demands a commercially driven leader capable of aligning operational excellence with technological innovation while delivering sustainable organizational growth, superior customer outcomes, and world-class financial services.
Executive Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across enterprise banking operations.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee payment operations, customer service, and transaction management.
- Develop scalable operational frameworks supporting business growth.
- Lead enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and operational risk management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Build high-performing operational leadership teams.
- Monitor enterprise performance through executive dashboards and KPIs.
- Represent the organization in regional banking and fintech engagements.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or executive postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of senior leadership experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise operations and organizational leadership.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, executive communication, and decision-making capabilities.
