Executive Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across enterprise banking operations.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee payment operations, customer service, and transaction management.
  • Develop scalable operational frameworks supporting business growth.
  • Lead enterprise digital transformation projects.
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and operational risk management.

Executive Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Technology, or related discipline.
  • MBA or executive postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of senior leadership experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise operations and organizational leadership.
