A rapidly growing fintech organization is searching for an experienced Vice President – Merchant Solutions & Commercial Banking Partnerships to expand enterprise relationships with merchants, financial institutions, payment partners, and commercial clients across the Gulf region.
The successful executive will lead commercial strategy, partnership development, merchant acquisition programs, and revenue expansion initiatives while delivering innovative financial solutions that support business growth and customer success.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Design enterprise merchant growth strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, and commercial organizations.
- Lead negotiations for high-value commercial agreements.
- Develop merchant payment acceptance initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance merchant-focused financial services.
- Monitor commercial performance and revenue growth.
- Identify emerging market opportunities throughout the GCC.
- Prepare executive business performance reports.
- Represent the organization during regional commercial and fintech events.
- Mentor commercial leadership teams.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, merchant acquiring, or commercial partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive leadership experience.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
