Strategic Role Summary

- Oversee financial infrastructure defense strategies protecting digital banking and payment systems.
- Implement advanced fraud detection and behavioral transaction intelligence frameworks.
- Coordinate penetration testing, red-team operations, and enterprise vulnerability management programs.
- Develop cloud-native security architectures supporting distributed financial infrastructure ecosystems.
- Strengthen API security governance and digital identity protection frameworks.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to align cybersecurity operations with regulatory governance standards.
- Build enterprise security monitoring environments supporting real-time operational visibility.
- Guide strategic cybersecurity vendor partnerships and technology modernization initiatives.
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams across cyber defense, threat intelligence, fraud analytics, and infrastructure operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Financial Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience across enterprise cybersecurity, fintech infrastructure protection, or digital banking security operations.
- Strong expertise in SIEM systems, AI-powered threat analytics, cloud security, API protection, and operational resilience engineering.
- Deep understanding of financial fraud prevention and enterprise cyber defense modernization.
- Experience securing high-volume transaction ecosystems and distributed fintech infrastructure.
- Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and autonomous security operations frameworks.
