The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Director to provide strategic leadership across a sophisticated fintech transformation agenda spanning digital banking, intelligent payments, financial technology infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, and next-generation financial services.
This is a high-impact leadership appointment for a commercially astute professional capable of operating at the intersection of financial strategy, technology, product innovation, regulatory awareness, customer experience, and enterprise transformation.
The successful candidate will translate complex financial and technological developments into scalable business strategies, establish high-performing operating models, and identify opportunities capable of creating measurable long-term value.
Strategic Mandate
The Director will:

Develop innovative digital-finance propositions across payments, banking and financial platforms.

Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, automation, blockchain and advanced analytics.

Establish strategic frameworks for product development, platform modernization and operational scalability.

Convert market intelligence into actionable commercial opportunities.

Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning technology, finance, product, risk, operations and business development.

Develop executive-level performance metrics and financial KPIs.

Strengthen digital customer journeys and financial-product architecture.

Assess partnerships, technology ecosystems and strategic investment opportunities.

Establish governance structures supporting sustainable innovation.

Present strategic recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.
