Role Summary
An internationally expanding fintech platform is searching for a highly accomplished Global Director – Payments Engineering & Financial Platform Operations to lead the engineering strategy behind scalable, resilient, and high-performance payment infrastructures serving millions of digital transactions across multiple financial markets.
The successful candidate will oversee engineering excellence, payment reliability, infrastructure modernization, and platform scalability while collaborating closely with product, security, compliance, and cloud engineering teams.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 10+ years leading engineering teams within fintech or payment technology.
- Experience managing mission-critical financial platforms.
- Strong leadership in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
- Excellent strategic planning skills.
