Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, venture innovation, or corporate strategy.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise transformation programmes.
