About the Opportunity
An innovative fintech enterprise is expanding its engineering organization and is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to build secure, high-performance financial applications that support digital payments, merchant services, customer onboarding, and financial data exchange.
This role combines modern frontend development with enterprise backend engineering, enabling you to contribute across the complete software development lifecycle while working with cloud-native infrastructure, DevSecOps pipelines, and scalable financial technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design and develop end-to-end fintech web applications.
- Build responsive interfaces delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Engineer secure backend services supporting mission-critical financial operations.
- Develop reusable APIs for internal and external integrations.
Platform Integration
- Integrate banking systems, payment gateways, and financial service APIs.
- Build secure authentication and authorization services.
- Develop reporting and analytics modules supporting business operations.
- Improve system interoperability across distributed applications.
Quality & Performance
- Perform application testing and debugging.
- Optimize application responsiveness and scalability.
- Maintain software documentation and technical specifications.
- Monitor application health and resolve production issues.
Collaboration
- Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams.
- Participate in sprint planning and architectural discussions.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Promote software engineering best practices.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of Full Stack software development experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud application deployment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
