Your Mission
As a Staff Developer, you will:
- Architect highly available fintech applications using modern software engineering principles.

- Optimize distributed systems for resilience, scalability, and low-latency performance.
- Build cloud-native financial applications leveraging containerized infrastructure.
- Enhance platform observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and product engineering teams.
- Mentor software engineers while promoting engineering excellence.
- Drive continuous innovation through emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, Python, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Deep understanding of secure software development practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
