Role Overview
A dynamic fintech-driven financial environment in Kuwait is seeking a Treasury & Liquidity Analyst to manage cash flow, liquidity positioning, and financial risk across digital financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring that financial resources are efficiently allocated while maintaining sufficient liquidity to support real-time transactions and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash positions across multiple accounts and payment channels
- Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained for transaction settlements and operational needs
- Forecast short-term and long-term liquidity requirements
Treasury Operations
- Execute fund transfers and manage treasury-related transactions
- Optimize capital allocation across digital financial systems
- Support hedging strategies and risk mitigation initiatives
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare detailed liquidity and cash flow reports
- Analyze trends in transaction volumes and financial flows
- Provide insights to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure treasury operations comply with financial regulations
- Monitor exposure to financial risks such as currency fluctuations
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit trails
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 4–7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or fintech operations
- Strong understanding of liquidity management and financial markets
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
